The team at Tru Basement Waterproofing installed our French drain within 2 days! Working in the heat of the summer, they also endured tight conditions and had to first clean out an existing clogged hydrogap. They also custom fit the drain around our water heater and HVAC unit plus installed a new sump pump. This was not an easy project but each team member knew their role and together they got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. They were efficient, friendly and left the area cleaner then when they started. I would highly recommend using their services for all your waterproofing needs.

Tru Basement Waterproofing did a fantastic job of waterproofing my crawl space as well as the back perimeter of my house. The job exceeded my expectations and at a very fair price. From the owner to the office staff and the workers everyone was very professional and constantly kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone couldn't be nicer. They even followed up after the work was completed to make sure everything was done as promised and that there was no water problems when we had snow and heavy rain. I was also informed that I could contact them at any point in the future if I had any questions or problems. I would definitely recommend Tru Basement to my family and friends!

Eddie and his team were fantastic, my husband and I knew from the initial meeting with him that we were going to have them do our French drain. He is so nice and easy to talk to, explained everything they were gonna do. Patrick and Amy were great throughout the whole process of getting our sump pump installed. Patrick came to our house on a Wednesday night and spent over an hour explaining the causes and solutions to our problem. He had visuals and was very detailed. My wife and I never felt pressured to make a decision, which was not the case with other companies, who always seemed to have a deadline for when our estimate price would expire. Their crew came on a Sunday and were quick and precise. We are very happy with Tru Basement Waterproofing and I would recommend them to anyone who has water in their basement!
