The team at Tru Basement Waterproofing installed our French drain within 2 days! Working in the heat of the summer, they also endured tight conditions and had to first clean out an existing clogged hydrogap. They also custom fit the drain around our water heater and HVAC unit plus installed a new sump pump. This was not an easy project but each team member knew their role and together they got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. They were efficient, friendly and left the area cleaner then when they started. I would highly recommend using their services for all your waterproofing needs.

What can I say? (and I have to say it, failing to nag my husband into posting) They did a wonderful, tidy, professional job in our almost 300 year old house, putting in a French drain and waterproofing the walls. It's rained again and NO problem!

Patrick and Amy were great throughout the whole process of getting our sump pump installed. Patrick came to our house on a Wednesday night and spent over an hour explaining the causes and solutions to our problem. He had visuals and was very detailed. My wife and I never felt pressured to make a decision, which was not the case with other companies, who always seemed to have a deadline for when our estimate price would expire.
